Hospice Net
Hospice Net provides a variety of information in the forma of articles aimed at patients and caregivers.  Topics include "How to be a supportive caregiver," "Helping a friend who is dying," "The Family and Medical Leave Act," "Pain control," "What is palliative care?," and many others.  There is also a series of articles on bereavement.  The site also provides information on finding a local hospice both in the U.S. and internationally, has answers to frequently asked questions about hospice care, and has links to other hospice resources on the Internet.

National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization
The NHO provides basic information about hospice care, including information on Medicare hospice benefits, a hospice fact sheet, and an 800 number for ordering a general information packet.  The site contains a searchable database of hospices in the U.S., links to other hospice information on the Internet, an online hospice discussion forum, a list of NHO publications, and information on hospice conferences.
